Here are the rules to follow for your return:
• You must request a return for refund within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date.
• No refunds after 30 days (45days for international customers).
• When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.
• You are also responsible for insuring the returned item.

• Customer must inform EBEC CORPORATION SA CV (www.all4hear.com) of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurately investigator.
• Physical damage to any product will void the product’s warranty.
• All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
• The shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance; Hence EBEC CORPORATION SA CV (www.all4hear.com) will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.
• Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.

Return Policy for Refunds
You may return most items sold by EBEC CORPORATION SA CV through the website www.all4hear.com within 30 days from the invoice date (45 days for international customers) for a full refund. Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don’t have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include all accessories. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error. We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (45 days for international customers). Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement:
If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused. You will also need to include the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. Replacement can be made for the same products and same brand
Return Shipping Cost:
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Canceled order must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 12 hours after ordering the item to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost). For any refused package or any returns to www.all4hear.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to www.all4hear.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. EBEC CORPORATION SA CV (www.all4hear.com) will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. Shipments within the USA
(Continental United States Only)
The standard shipping method is UPS or DHL Ground. If the shipping address is a P O Box or APO/AE it will be sent by USPS

Standard Ground Shipping

2 Day Air Shipping

Please Note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available for Sunday delivery. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
For shipments to HI, AK and PR select 2 Day Air shipping since there is no Ground service available in these states. All shipping days are business days and do not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping and Title
The purchaser pays freight and shipping. www.all4hear.com will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate. Title to and risk of loss of the products passes to you when www.all4hear.com delivers them to the shipper, as allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising www.all4hear.com of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.
